WHO WE ARE
1st Soccer is a locally-run Christian soccer league.  It is our goal to make this league available to our community through local churches and provide a safe, encouraging atmosphere where kids can learn life lessons through soccer.

WHAT WE DO
We put kids first in everything we do.  Our schedule is designed to make it easy for kids and their families to participate. It includes a one-hour practice time during the week at a local church and a one-hour game time on Saturdays.  A biblical life lesson will be presented weekly at practice by the coach and reinforced at half-time during the game.  The kids will be rewarded for their efforts both on and off the field.  We add value to soccer by focusing on developing the children’s internal strength and integrity.

WHY YOU SHOULD BELONG
1st Athletics is a community-based outreach program that allows churches to reach kids and their families for Jesus Christ.  We will provide all the resources necessary for your team to be successful, including:  promotional resources, coach training materials, a coaches’ clinic, a practice session and curriculum for both sports skills and life lessons, jerseys, soccer socks, game schedules, award patches, a neutral game site (Skyhawks Field), registration, and administration.   

There are no initial fees or up-front expenses for partnering churches.  As a matter of fact, 10% of all registration fees will be returned to participating churches.  It is our desire to make this program God-honoring and user-friendly.  We want to show and tell people that God loves them and desires a relationship with them through the vehicle of a quality sports program.
